Master Chris is a Master of many things but closest to her heart is felting. She has been featured here for her skills and I have seen various beautiful examples that showcase her pieces. Here is just one:
As well as hand felting, Chris used the Bernina Aurora 440 machine & it's felting attachment for this piece that is on display at the shop.
Although Chris has been felting for years (but not too many!) lately it has been popping up all over the joint. It is now considered funky to felt - I know this because wool felting was a featured project in Frankie recently and according to a couple of adolescent friends, 'Frankie' seems the be all & end all of coolness. I must admit, this is a bit cute:
